LPMA NZ 2019 brings together hundreds of the best Property Managers, BDMs and Principals in our industry for three days of networking, learning and sharing ideas.
The conference begins on Wednesday, September, 4 with the LPMA members-only Premium Connection Day. Often referred to as the “highlight of the conference series”, it is an opportunity for Principals and Department Heads to share, learn and connect with the best in the business.
September 5 and 6 are packed with presentations and interactive sessions from our LPMA membership leaders, as well as international Property Management practitioners and experts, business gurus; inspirational speakers sharing stories, ideas and insights.
The Thursday night is the annual Excellence in Property Management Awards Gala dinner, sure to be a glamorous celebration of our talented members.

LPMA NZ 2019 is designed for all members of a property management team. From the leaders of the largest businesses to the newest member of our industry, there is something for everyone. We have designed break out rooms and special content for different audience members.
Not only do we have a fantastic agenda, we will also celebrate our industry’s leading businesses and property managers at the annual Excellence in Property Management Awards Gala dinner.
The LPMA NZ 2019 conference program has been designed with teams in mind.
The most value from a conference comes from what happens after the last session ends and after you get back to your business. Value only comes if you make the changes you committed to and see them through. We know from experience the best way to make that happen is to have colleagues at the conference with you so you can go through the same experience and commit to joint goals. There is a mix of content relevant to owners and leaders, BDM's and PM's. The Excellence in Property Management Awards Gala dinner is a great opportunity to thank your team with a fabulous party while showcasing top performers from our industry. Thursday afternoon's workshop sessions are particularly targeted to owners/leaders and BDM/PMs.
Excellence in Property Management Awards
The Excellence in Property Management Awards program recognises the best property management businesses professionals.
To enter the awards program, you need to make a submission to our panel of judges. The different award categories and submission requirements will be announced in 2019.
Once we have all submissions we select the finalists in each category. The finalists are notified a few weeks before the conference and given special marketing collateral to promote to their community.
On the big night, we announce the winners of each category.

To nominate a team member, it is the same process as above.
In the weeks leading up to the conference, we will announce the finalists in each award category. The finalists receive special marketing materials to help promote themselves and the business in their market and online.
