LPMA NZ 2018 is designed for all members of a property management team.

From the leaders of the largest businesses to the newest member of our industry, there is something for everyone. We have designed break out rooms and special content for different audience members.

Not only do we have a fantastic agenda, we will also celebrate our industry’s leading businesses and property managers at the annual LPMA NZ Gala Awards Night. Enjoy the fun and the celebrations of the largest awards night in property management.

The LPMA NZ 2018 conference program has been design with teams in mind.

The most value from a conference comes from what happens after the last session ends and after you get back to your business. Value only comes if you make the changes that you committed to and see them through. We know from experience that the best way to make that happen is to have colleagues at the conference with you, so that you can go through the same experience and commit to joint goals. That extra dynamic makes all the difference when it comes to making change in your business and careers.

There is a mix of content relevent to owners and leaders, BDM's and PM's. The awards gala is a great opportunity to thank your team with a fabulous party, while showcasing top performers from our industry. Thursday afternoon's workshop sessions are particularly targeted to owners/leaders and BDM/PMs.

The dress code for dinner is “cocktail / lounge suit”.

Yes, the Gala Awards night is a celebration of all things property management. Even if you aren’t entered in any awards, come and have fun and party until all hours with other awesome people from our industry.

LPMA runs an awards process across New Zealand and Australia. The goal is to find and recognise the best business and best property management professionals wherever they are.

To enter the awards program, you will need to make a submission to our panel of judges. The different award categories, and the submission requirements, are found here.

Once we have all the submissions we select a number of finalists in each category. Those finalists are notified a few weeks before the conference and are given special marketing collateral to promote their success to their community.

Then, on the big night, we announce the winners of each category. Then the party really begins!

Note, the awards program is only open to companies that are members of the LPMA community. Entries close 5PM, Friday the 10 Aug 2018, so it is not too late to join LPMA now and join this year’s awards program!

In the weeks leading up to the conference we will be announcing the finalists for each award category. The finalists will be sent special marketing materials that they can use to promote themselves and the business in their market and online.

Premium Connection Day

Each year LPMA runs two member only events. By tradition we hold one of those days before the start of the main LPMA NZ conference.

This year the Premium Connection day will be held on Wednesday 5th September. The day includes a list of exclusive speakers in a more intimate setting, with a focus on case studies, discussion and networking.

The Premium Connection day ends with a private dinner.

The Conference and Premium Connection Day will be held at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Auckland.

Tickets

Your ticket covers the two main conference days - Thursday 6th September and Friday 7th September, and the Gala Awards Night on Thursday night.
